Fitness 14 is based in the Cardiff Medical Centre Sports & Social Club is based in the heart of the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff. The club is open to everyone with various memberships available. We boast a 25 meter heating swimming pool, full cardio and weights fitness suite, 2 squash courts, 3 badminton and short tennis courts, basketball court, 5-a-side pitch, volleyball and much more.We have a range of daily classes and weekly swimming lessons for children and adults, as well as an on site therapy and treatment room.
